Order Terms & Conditions

Here you can find details of our terms and conditions for orders placed via the shop on this website.


These terms do NOT apply to any party kit hire bookings.


We are the Party Kit Network CIC (registered in England and Wales: 12733258). Our registered address is 67 Manor Road, Winchester SO22 5SG. 

When you shop with us these terms apply. 

Our privacy policy sets out how we store and use any personal data collected when recording your order. 


When you place an order you should receive an order confirmation email. We will take payment at this point. 

You must be authorised to use any debit card, credit card or PayPal account used to make payment. 

If we haven't yet shipped the order you may be able to cancel or amend it. Once it has been despatched any cancellation will be treated as a return. Please contact us as soon as possible or send us a message with your order number via Facebook Messenger.

Personalised items cannot be cancelled once the order has been sent to the author.

All orders are subject to availability. 

We reserve the right to cancel or hold your order if we believe there is an issue; in this instance we will contact you. 


Depending on the value of your order delivery charges may apply; these are shown in the checkout delivery options.

We only ship to the UK and Islands, including Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Shetland Islands. All delivery times are estimates.


We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours. Only items on backorder will be processed outside of this timescale. A estimated despatch date will be shown on the product details page and your order confirmation email. 


We send orders by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class (large letter or small parcel); there will be no tracking information available.  You should receive a shipping confirmation email from us once the order has been posted. 

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time please wait 2 days and then contact us

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return an item please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order and post back to us within 30 days. 

If the item is no longer required the item must be returned in a sellable condition. We sell items on our website to cover the running costs of our community interest company and margins are very small. 

If an item is faulty you can request an exchange or refund - we will cover return and replacement postage costs. 

If an item has been personalised (dedication) then it cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when posting a return.

Once we have received your return we will process any refund due within 7 days via the original payment method. We are unable to refund via an alternative method. If the item is not in a re-sellable condition, we reserve the right to reduce the amount we refund you.

If your original order included a donation this will not be automatically refunded when a refund is processed for other order item(s). If you would like to also receive a refund for any donation included in the order please clearly state this when communicating with us about your return. 

This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
